Sync modes: observe, inbound only and full

Turn the integration up gradually, and drop it back down instantly if needed.

  • Observe: Pillowcase watches your Pitchup account and reports what it sees, but changes nothing. A safe starting point.
  • Inbound only: bookings and cancellations made on Pitchup flow into Pillowcase, but nothing is pushed back.
  • Full: two-way. Your bookings and cancellations push to Pitchup, and availability is kept in step in both directions.

Upgrades go one step at a time so you can build confidence, but you can drop to a lower mode at any moment if something looks wrong. Change modes in the Automation tab of the integration.
