When Pitchup's availability disagrees with reality, one click puts it right.
Allocation drift is when the number of pitches Pitchup thinks it can sell no longer matches your real availability, which can happen after failed syncs or manual changes on Pitchup's side. Left alone it risks overbookings or unsold pitches.
The Health tab of your integration checks for drift and shows an overbooking calendar. When drift is detected, use the fix allocation drift action and Pillowcase pushes the correct availability back to Pitchup.
