What each booking status means
From reserved through to completed, and what moves a booking between them.
- Pending: the guest has booked but no online payment applies, usually because Stripe isn't connected. Confirm it once you've arranged payment.
- Reserved: awaiting payment. Online reservations expire after about 10 minutes if the guest doesn't complete payment.
- Confirmed: paid, or marked as paid by you. The pitch is booked.
- Arrived: checked in. Set this from the booking when the guest turns up.
- Completed: the stay has finished.
- Cancelled: cancelled by you, with the reason emailed to the guest.
- Expired: an online reservation where payment never completed. The pitch was released automatically.
