Mark the deposit or balance as paid, and it's logged as a manual transaction.
If a guest pays you outside Pillowcase, open their booking and use Deposit paid or Paid to record it. Each shows up in the booking's transactions as a manual payment, so your records stay complete alongside Stripe payments.
