The campsite issues refunds to the card you paid with.
Because your payment went directly to the campsite, refunds come from the campsite too, back to the card you paid with. How much is refunded depends on the campsite's own cancellation terms.
Refunds usually appear within 5 to 10 working days of being issued. If it's been longer, contact the campsite first, and email support@pillowcase.io if you can't get it resolved.
